Eureka Valley saw strong buyer activity in June, with four homes sold at an impressive average price of $3,176,000. The average days on market was just 18, a sign of continued demand in this highly desirable neighborhood.

 

With is walkability, iconic architecture, and proximity to Noe Valley and the heart of the Castro, Eureka Valley remains one of San Francisco’s most competitive markets. Buyers are acting quickly, and well-presented homes are regularly drawing multiple offers.

 

Notable Sales

 

355 Diamond Street – Listed at $1,900,000 and sold for $2,310,000. This sale illustrates just how competitive the market is for charming, well-located homes in the area.  This home got a ton of interest and it is reflected in the final sale price.

 

18 Carson Street – Another fast-moving sale. Listed at $1,985,000, it sold for $2,315,000 in just 9 days.  This was an all cash sale on a small street above the Castro.  When I stopped by to take a look on brokers tour, it was full of people scouting it out.
