Market Overview – June 2025

June continued the trend of steady inventory across the Excelsior, with serious buyers quickly zeroing in on move-in-ready homes. Properties with modern system upgrades, open layouts, and well-maintained yards attracted strong interest and, in several cases, multiple offers. Meanwhile, homes needing significant work or priced too ambitiously saw longer days on market and reductions by week three. The gap between buyer expectations and seller optimism is becoming more pronounced, but well-presented listings continue to set the pace.
