Buyer activity remained strong across the Richmond District this summer, especially for single-family homes that are well-presented, move-in ready, and located near Golden Gate Park. In total, 46 homes sold since May 25, with an average price of $2,614,110, a number boosted by several high-end sales in Sea Cliff. Average days on market was a swift 15, underscoring the neighborhood’s competitive pace.
Homes in the Outer Richmond led the way, with 15 sales, outpacing the Inner and Central subdistricts. Buyers are proving aggressive when the right home hits the market, especially those with good yards, updated layouts, and prime positioning near parks and other amenities offered by the Richmond District.
