You may have heard of the effect Google Shuttle Stops have had on San Francisco real estate.  There is a segment of the population that couldn’t care less where the Google Shuttle Stops are located. However, more often than not, if there is a Google Shuttle Stop near by, realtors will list that in the marketing material when they sell a home.  If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home in San Francisco, it could be worth your while to see if the home is near one of these Google Shuttle Stops because it may be affecting the value of the property.
