Market Overview

This May in San Francisco’s Mission District, buyer activity remained steady as more listings hit the market heading into summer. Homes with strong design, light renovations, or unique character continue to draw the most competition, while inventory that feels dated or overpriced is sitting longer.

We’re still seeing multiple-offer situations, especially on move-in-ready homes near Dolores Park and along the Valencia corridor. Properties with flexible layouts, think bonus rooms or ADUs, are especially appealing to buyers looking to offset carrying costs.
